2.1 Ciao Charms aims to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 working days of receiving your payment.
2.2 The estimated delivery time for orders within the UK and neighbouring countries is 5-7 working days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods and Partners

3.1 Ciao Charms uses reliable shipping partners such as Royal Mail, Hermes (Evri), and DPD to send your order.
3.2 You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track the status of your package.

4. Shipping Address and Delivery

4.1 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ciao Charms is not responsible for incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
4.2 If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions to collect your parcel from a local pickup point or to arrange a redelivery.

5. Customs and Import Duties

5.1 For orders shipped outside the UK, customs and import duties may apply. These costs are not included in the product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

8.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for more details on how to return products.
